I've lived with someone with

ADD.

They were my best friend.

They loved everything

And everyone they would meet

They would say "hi"

Five me

Until our hands bleed

And wanna fight me

Everyday of the week

They ventured out

All day

Just to feel the sunny breeze

Of a summer day

With fresh green trees

They would spend all day

Searching for rocks

with worms

And have a heart full of love

Especially when they found

A grey kitty to squeeze

I say let's figure out a way to

Let the person with

Teach us a thing or two

About what else we can be

Showing us a different route

That we normally wouldn't see

Taking us somewhere unplanned

Even unknown to say the least

I think I'm gonna take another hit

Since we make them take pills
