It’s weird the things we think we can control

Like a mouse

a keyboard

or even a phone

But what happens when nature takes over

Something changes

Like being on Mars

In the Lunar Rover

We realize that everything is something

And we just cant see

How the forest

Is really just some trees

There may be something more to life

Then looking at what we can control

And realize we are living in a mixing bowl

It is possible to take every step in stride

Controlling

Only our emotional side

Maybe the control we try to inflict

On those around us

Is really just us

Showing our love is honest

Maybe we should let those fly free

Who want to spread their wings

And just accept them back

After everything

Or maybe it's just best to shut them out

Like you never even knew them

Without any good memories

Without any reasonable doubt
